Storm PT is offering a free physical therapy consultation known as a “Discovery” visit.  This session is perfect for people suffering with pain, stiffness, or balance related issues which may be limiting their life.

During this screening, our Doctor of Physical Therapy will discuss your complaints and how they are limiting or affecting your day-to-day activities.  As part of the screen, you will be provided with information regarding your injury, injury prevention techniques, and recommendations for additional healthcare services as appropriate.

You will leave your 20-minute discovery visit knowing WHAT’S GOING WRONG and WHAT POSSIBLE OPTIONS there may be to relieve your symptoms or mobility issues.
